- Start--Run--type "MMC" and hit [ENTER]
- File--Add/Remove Snap-In
- Click the Add button
- Select "Certificates" and click Add
- Select "My User Account" and click Finish
- Select "Certificates" and click Add
- Select "Computer Account" and click Finish
- Click OK
- Your window should now display certificates for the current user and the computer
- Use File--Save As and save it in Administrative Tools (the default) as Certificates.msc.

Easy management of windows certificates
Yes, you can access certificate management through IE via tools--internet options--content--certificates, but there's a quicker way:
